Bergamot is used against stress, anxiety, but also to aid digestion, fight against constipation ... It also serves as a relaxing fragrance.

Soft and fragrant

There are bergamot in the Mediterranean and West Africa. The pressed zest gives us a gasoline containing monoterpenes, but also esters and monoterpénols.

This relative complexity gives it a special place among other Rutaceae (orange, lemon, grapefruit, mandarin ...), which is expressed in a much more nuanced flavor: not only fruit, but also warm and slightly spicy. The aroma of this variety is less intense than the African variety.

Dosage

  • External: for nervous system disorders, 3-4 drops of essential oil of bergamot on the arch, the inner wrists, on the solar plexus or on both sides of the spine.

Trick

  • A deodorant whose perfume boost the morale or calm a small family tension: Mix 1 drop of essential oil of bergamot, 2 drops of essential oil of lavender essential oil and 2 drops of grapefruit.
  • A natural perfume 3 drops of essential oil of bergamot, 1 drop of frankincense essential oil , 1 drop of essential oil of sandalwood 2 drops of essential oil of tangerine and 100 drops of vegetable oil jojoba .
